GRUB loadingRead error

when i turn my computer on it begins to load and then stops with a "GRUB loadingRead Error"... i am not sure what to do. I am no computer wiz.. please make it nice a stright forward for me to understand the instructions.

you probably shut it down improperly ,thus corrupt ur /boot/grub, if u have alternate cd bott it up and there will be an option to reinstall your Grub..just remember where youve install it example /dev/sda1,you can try it all without the risk...hope this help
