GRUB Error

I installed Linux on my second HDD although Vista was on first HDD it made GRUB default loader for both VISTA and Ubuntu Linux how can I make GRUB default loader for Linux only and bring back my Vista's original loader.

Please help me!!

Why? I mean, with the original Vista loader you will only be able to load Vista (unless you use something like BCDedit of course) while now you can boot either.
In any case, if thats what you want just enable the boot flag of the first HD. In linux you can do that with fdisk, parted, etc.
