Boot Control

Asked by Nodirbek

Hi everybody!

I am looking for Boot Configurations in Ubuntu. (Each computer system can have multiple boot configurations, such as Default configuration, user configuration, current, next boot configurations... )
Where are they situated? Can you help me, please?
I also need Boot information, such as which devices are bootable. How can I get these information?

Thanks,
Nodir NAZAROV.

If you mean the grub configuration file then it's in /boot/grub/menu.lst or on newer grub2 versions it's in /etc i believe. also you can get a graphic editor like "start-up manager" .
