Can I choose to install Legacy grub in Karmic installation?

Asked by Sensiva

Can I choose to install legacy grub in Karmic installation instead of grub two? The new version is really complicated and I don't see any good in using it, legacy is just fine

Yeah , But I mean installing legacy during Karmic installation, I need to avoid grub2 completely, I think it will screw my MBR

Grub2 is actually easier and safer to use: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1195275&highlight=grub2
