Error 22 booting xp

Hope you can help me.
I have installed ubuntu next to xp on one of my hard drives. Everything was working, I updated using the update manager. Ubuntu is still working fine but now if I try to log into Xp I get error 22 from the grub. Saying the partition does not exist. Can someone walk me through updating the grub so it works with xp again.
