bootloader doesnt show XP

hi to all,

I have just installed the ubuntu 9.04 on my machine. there was XP also on this. my configuration goes like this.
I have 2 HDD one of them is ATA 80GB which is primary master and having ubuntu installed on it. the other one is SATA 250 GB which is secondary master and had XP installed on it till date.

the grub on my machine loads without any option to XP and looks like the following (as you can see no entries for XP.)
I can see the drives in ubuntu but the normal solution i found on other posts did not work out (which is adding an entry for XP with hd1,0 as root).

pls guide me what can be done in the case.
