Missing boot file message are come in Boot via usb pen drive

whenever i try install ubuntu 9.04 via usb pen drive i get message 'booting file missing' i try all thing but i am not able to install ubuntu 9.04 desktop at my net book.
Can any buddy to help me out this matter.
I am one time install 8.10 ubuntu desktop via usb pen drive, but now i am not able to make bootable usb ubuntu 9.04 desktop pen drive.
