How to install Windows after Ubuntu 8.04 ?

HDD 40 GB IDE U-ATA/100 casche 2Mb 7200 rpm. CD: NEC CD-RW 52x/52x/32x IDE NR-9500B
Memory: Apacer DIMM DDR-400 256MB. Intel Celeron D-EM64T 326 2533 MHz. Motherboard: MSI SIS Socket 775 LGA with
integrated video card 16 MB. Monitor Acer 1716B.GeForce 5200,128 Mb videocard with proprietary drivers. DVD RW AD-5200A.
I have installed Ubuntu 8.04 with Windows XP on my computer. At present time Windows needs to be reinstalled.
How can I do it without deleating Ubuntu from my computer?

Boot Using the Win install cd and reinstall Window selecting the existent win partition.

Then you must simply reinstall GRUB using the Ubuntu live install cd
