In short, you have

C: 20gb
D: 70gb
1.5gb linux swap
xx gb ext3 linux

When you have reinstalled Gnu Ubuntu Linux; have you, using "Partition editor", deleted the old swap and ext3 partitions...?

Thank you

Problem solved. As MBR Recovered by Windows it has created drive letter. Deleted the Whole d drive and made as freespace. Now able to install Ubuntu. Thanks
