We need diagnostic information about your system:

Start your computer with the installer in the mode "Try Ubuntu without installing".
Then open a terminal window and issue the commands

lscpu
sudo fdisk -l

and copy/paste all output into this question document.

(Remark: usually "sda" is the right answer for the boot loader)

My remark about sda was related to

1. sda
2. sda1
3. No cargar motor de arranque

You do not need to know about sda when executing the commands
lscpu
sudo fdisk -l

Are you able to boot the computer with the installer in the "Try Ubuntu without installing" mode?

If you have already installed Ubuntu 18.04, then you do not need to try this again in the "Try" mode.

Is Ubuntu 18.04 now working normally?

I am sorry, but the language barrier is too big, that I can help you further.
Is there a local Ubuntu user group somewhere near you?

I'm sorry too.
Tell me what I have to do to start it alone, please.
Do not give up

I suggest that you re-start from the beginning.
Start with the USB stick to install Ubuntu.
When the system asks where to install the boot loader, select sda.
