Dlaczego nie ma wersji 3.1 w xenial?
Ludzie to jest wersja Long Term Support, serwer mi na tym stoi a grep we wczesniejszych wersjach zle dopasowuje wyrazenia regularne.
Proszę o zrobienie paczki.

Ubuntu is no rolling release. This means that programs usually stay at that version which was current when the Ubuntu release was published.

If you need this newer version you can either upgrade to a newer Ubuntu release or install a package version from a PPA, e.g. https://launchpad.net/~jonathonf/+archive/ubuntu/backports

You are free to request a backport of the newer version to xenial.
