Can i increase Ubuntu partition without reinstall Windows

I know, this is no answer to your question, but you don't have to uninstall Ubuntu first to reinstall it later.

I recommend strongly to backup your data first (which you should have done, willing to uninstall <g>)

Take your life CD and boot from it.

Use the program Partition editor (gparted) to either shrink the XP partition (or remove it if you don't want it any more) Then you can enlarge the Ubuntu partition.

OR if you have enough spare space on your harddrive leave the XP partition and only enlarge the Ubuntu partition

When everything went fine (I used this several times without problems with Vista & Ubuntu partitions) you have a larger Ubuntu partition and don't have to install all the programs you are using and don't have to restore any data.
