How can I repartition hard drive after installation?

Asked by JohnLillis

I have installed Kubuntu, and I would like to slowly make the transistion from XP. I want to repartition my hard drive (and delete XP's partition) to give Kubuntu all the space after I am settled. Any ideas on how to do this?

boot to your kubuntu cd, choose to try without changing yor computer, after you get your workspace, open partition editor, in system - Administration - partition editor ...
Just delete your XP partition, and resize your kubuntu (but, please be careful to do it)

more about partitioning, read this http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/partitioning
