How to resize ubuntu partition to increase Ubuntu memory size?

I asked Question #50254 about "How to resize ubuntu partition to increase Windows memory size?" almost one month back. After using Ubuntu for a month I realized I want to use it more often then the windows. So I am looking for ways to do the opposite :-). Could you please let me know increase the Ubuntu partition size from Windows?

You can't change the partition size from a disk you're currently running on. You'll have to boot from the install CD (or any live CD which has gparted on it), as described in the answer to question 50254. Apart from that, doing the same thing described there--boot from a live CD, resize your partitions, boot into your regular system--should work. Is there anything different about what you're doing this time, aside from enlarging the partition you shrunk the last time and vice versa?
