Spliting a linux/ubuntu partition to make space for windows!!

Hi my name is Sven and I just built my own PC with a 320gb harddrive in it!!!
I installed linux/ubuntu on it buut accidently only made on partition!!!!!
Is there any way of spliting that partition??????
Please answer ASAP or e-mail me <email address hidden>!!!!!

Yes you need a tool called gparted

Open a terminal window (Applications menu, Accessories) and type...

sudo apt-get install gparted

This will install it and show it in the SYatem menu, Administration as "Partition Editor"
Run it from there or run it from the terminal again as...

sudo gparted
