I'm having trouble resizing my partition

I keep getting an error when trying to make my Ubuntu partition larger. I have searched and can not find anything specific to my problem. I was able to shrink sda3 succsessfully, but there is a error when I try to grow sda4. I can provide screenshots and save details.
