downloaded network now no more space on drive

i have a dell 1545 which came preloaded with windows 7. i down loaded and installed ubuntu into this drive.then i downloaded and setup network now there is only 72mb free space. is there some way i can remove the original ubuntu without losing all my files in this directory ? maybe some software. there are 3 partitions with files. i only want the windows partition and the network partition plus my files in the ubuntu partition. but the network partition is full. i down loaded too many useful packages and now there is only 72mb free space. send the solution to my email please

Remove old kernels
remove unused apps
remove openoffice and replace with abiword if you only use writer
run:
sudo apt-get clean

Or boot from Ubuntu live install cd and use gparted to resize your partitions...
