4 partitions already existing. How to dual boot?

I am trying to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows 7 on my HP laptop. Windows 7 is already installed and is taking all four primary partitions. Settings are the 4 partitions

System
Recovery
C:
HP Tools

Does anyone know how i can dual boot Ubuntu in the following case? Has anyone achieved it?

you will need to sacrifice a partition then make it an extended partition, you can then make logical partitions on the extended.
