Gourmet - export of recipes

Gourmet - recipe manager - If I want export recipes to .pdf or email them, there are no czech letters in result of export. I am not able to find where set up it. For emailing recipes there is preconfig kmail app, but I have no kmail, how to change it for evolution?

As workarround, you may be fine with installing kmail with sofware center or synaptic.
