Gourmand won't display instructions for one recipe I entered

After editing in the description & ingredients, I typed in the instructions and clicked [save]; then [view recipe card]. The card displays, but the instruction area is blank. Here are the instructions (If I type in just a few words Gourmand behaves itself, but cannot display any part of the full instructions):

Pat the pork dry, cut into 1.5 inch strips, then into 1.5 inch pieces. Trim off the fat cap. Season with 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Heat a dutch oven over med-high, add 1 tbs oil & heat until smoking. Brown the pork in batches, ~2 min/side. Remove meat & set aside.

Reduce heat to medium, add vegetables. Add 1/2 tsp salt and cook, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes until softened and liquid evaporates.

Stir in paprika, caraway seeds & garlic. Stir & cook until fragrant, ~1 minute, scraping up the fond. Stir in the water. Add pork & juices, bring to simmer. Cover and bake in 325F oven, 1 hour.

Remove from oven, stir in the sauerkraut, cover & return to oven, 30 minutes more.

Remove, skim off the fat, serve with sour cream & fresh dill garnish.

I'm using 22.04.
