Will Bionic get an updated GNUTLS with TLS 1.3 support?

I noticed that OpenSSL was backported to Bionic, but I've been wondering if GNUTLS will as well. I have been building a Samba domain controller and would love to see TLS 1.3 LDAPS support in it.
The support for global configuration of the library introduced in 3.6.9 is a great feature for systems administrators and managed service providers.

I suggest you report a bug to show interest.
Also, if the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later. Ubuntu is not a rolling release distribution so packages can be left.
There may be a PPA here on Launchpad.net
