Why the latest update 2.0.19-2ubuntu1.1 is unsigned?

I've tried to upgrade the packages and it complaints that the packages are unsigned. Are they really safe to install?

I have a lot of repositories active and I guess that apt-cache policy will suffice:

$ apt-cache policy gnupg2
gnupg2:
  Встановлено: 2.0.19-2ubuntu1

     2.0.19-2ubuntu1.1 0
