Will gnomebaker be ported to more present/future Ubuntu-releases?

I really enjoyed GnomeBaker. And it saddens me that it's not available for Ubuntu 12.04. Any plans on porting it to 12.04 or future releases of Ubuntu?

Deleted in oneiric-release (Reason: (From Debian) RoQA; obsolete, dead upstream, unmaintained...)

So unless it gets forked, it will never be in Ubuntu. I can recommend xfburn, it's badass.
