USB Jump Drive

When I try to use my USB Jump Drive I get an error message "Cannot Mount Volume". How do I get my Jump Drive to work?

Can you post more info on the exact error message? I am sure the output near the end of 'dmesg' would be helpful to know if the USB drive is formatted properly or is mounting correctly / at all.
