can't install remastersys package in 9.04

When I try to install remastersys in ubuntu 9.04 using the command "apt-get install remastersys" , it could not be completed. Displaying an error message " E: Couldn't find package remastersys ". please give me a solution ?

Googled: ubuntu remastersys

Remastersys is not available from the general repositories, until you add the Remastersys repository. Have a look at http://www.ubuntugeek.com/creating-custom-ubuntu-live-cd-with-remastersys.html

Did you "sudo"? The command should have been : sudo apt-get install remastersys
