cannot run installed program

I installed TuxShopPro 1.9 i386. debian on Ubuntu (Dapper) 6.06 LTS. However, I am unable to run this program. It is not listed under Application. When I check using Application, Add and Remove Applications; it is not listed there either. When I go to Synaptic Package Manager I observed that I now have a new Section, which is office, whenever I click on it I can see Tuxshoppro in the top right pane marked as installed. But for some reason I cannot get to run this program.
P.S. I am new to Lixux, just about a week into it.

When you installed TuxShopPro, it probably didnt install a menu entry for you.

Use the terminal and see if you can start it there. Type in TuxShopPro or tuxshoppro. If that fails run the command which tuxshoppro. The which command locates and tells you what application launches tuxshop. or Maybe its a script.
