There are a few similar tools located in the Ubuntu repositories. You can search for them using synaptic.

But I did not find the specific tool you mentioned. It is most likely not available. If you can provide a link to the exact product you are looking for, then it would be simple to see if there is a debian based package for it out in the wild.
