I need Terminal to accept the changes I need to make!!! help!!!

when I try to install 'ndiswrapper' it asks if I want to proceed. no matter what I do, it keeps saying 'abort.'

Lorenzo please try:

sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get clean all
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get -y install build-essential
