uninstall movistar in terminal

In an attempt to getting my dongle working i mistakenly installed Movistar. How do i un-install it?

Doesn't show in Software Centre! But is in usr/local file with Root permission.....how do i change the permission.....i know it might be a CHMOD command but i'm not sure what to write in the terminal.

extracted from Zip, its now in usr/local/

It seemed to be the solution to getting a Dongle working....the E173 dongle is working but i think i've found another way of that happening.

Movistar now appears on start up....
