"Configuring ttf-mscorefonts-installer"-how do i click ok?

This is the microsoft true fonts. I updated my vlc, and klicking ok for this is part of whatever route Im using to get there. "Configuring ttf-mscorefonts-installer" is followed by some stuff, including this website:

The "ok" isnt really a button; it looks like this - <ok>. It doesn't seem to be linked to anything, and I don't know a way around it. I cant get thaat screen to go away.

EVENTUALLY IT LET ME OUT, BUT I DECLINED . I DIDN'T GET A CHOICE.

For the future, you can press Tab to switch between different "buttons," until the one you want is highlighted, and then press Spacebar or Enter to "click" it.
