Side-scrolling doesn't work in Terminal

Side-scrolling on the touchpad on my Dell Studio XPS works in every other window/software but the Terminal. Is there some way to enable it or something?

Have you tried in a different terminal, like xterm?

Yup, works fine in xterm. Also, i should mention that this problem only copped up recently after one of the last few updates. I'm running Precise 12.04 btw.

Then I suggest you report a bug. Precise is not ready and not stable
