deleted /home & /swap. Please help to create in terminal

While partitioning from windows, Accidentally i deleted /home, /swap. now my ubuntu is booting and after login it is stuck in one scree. i am only able to access terminal. Please help me to recover manually using terminal

You can boot to liveCD and reinstate the partitions. You will need to change your system's fstab file to mirror the UUIDs generated by the new partitions

you can recover lost partitions and such using a program called testdisk

Recovering data from deleted partition is extremely tedious. I tried it and abandoned.
An easy way is to reinstall Ubuntu. Use manual partitioning during installation to set again /home on right folder (for swap, it is automatic).
