a PDF-guide for a beginner to ubuntu gnome-terminal?

I would learn the terminal from ubuntu but I have no readings about the issue. Can you give me a hind where I can get a PDF-file about the subject or a free ebook ?

I guess you want to learn bash shell command to type into terminal...
