Abra el terminal (Aplicaciones > Accesorios terminal) e introduzca (pedirá la contraseña):
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu-wine-ppa-maverick.list

La dirección es incorrecta porque sobran las comillas simples, debería ser http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu
