Can't find the Services tool. Was it removed?

Asked by lainme

When I have installed the gnome-system-tools, I found that the Services tool didn't appear in the System->Administrator. And I have checked the package in packages.ubuntu.com, and found that there did not have /usr/bin/services-admin, /usr/share/gnome-system-tools/pixmaps/services.xpm etc. So I wonder if the Services is removed from the package or there were something wrong when I install?
