Is my computer hacked?

I recently installed a service on my computer which is supposed to
allow me to have a domain name. (http://www.noip.com/) But
since several days, I notice weird behaviors of my system. Does
anyone know and trusts this website? Did I install a malicious service?

Without knowing the weird behaviour how can we advise? We don't know anything that you have seen as you haven't told us any of the detail......think about it.

Yes that is true.
The main thing I noticed is when I open phpmyadmin in m y browser, there are
unknown caracters saved in the autentification form.
For example: "Gm��2�j"

have you tried reinstalling the package to refresh the files?
Does it happen in all browser and in all OSes?
If you check your logs, you should she if anyone has logged in etc and you can track things then. If you have been compromised then a system reinstall will be the only real way to remove any traces and none of your binaries can be trusted.
