на а какой сервис ты хочеш иммено открыть порты .
ты запусти сервис и порт откроется .
или поясни что иммено не работает .

В торренте у меня например порт 63887 пишет что порт закрыт, вот я и хотел бы для этого сервиса открыть скажем этот порт

тогда это не системе надо открывать а в модеме (modem/router) тебе надо открыть ports.

Для торрентов можно и просто включить UPnP (на модеме/роутере).
