sorry, ubuntu 16.04 has ecprienced an internal error.

This error usually is encountered when you installed a third-party software which causes "internal glitch" or so-called error. It is not caused by the ubuntu internal core, and worry not, it will not harm your computer.

yes, generally restarting the third party software solves the problem.
