how do i add gnome shell extensions

I see in advanced settings there is a shell extensions how do I add some?? I saw on a video there is a on off switch on the (extensions.gnome.org page) but where I go there no switch to turn things on? so what am I missing to get them to work for me??

yeah thats cool and what I saw. but when I go there there is no (on off)button to use. so I can turn anything on

Make sure your firefox is up-to-date and the "gnome shell integration" plugin is enabled under "Plugins" in firefox's Tools>Add-ons page
