Could someone release the latest package version (0.20.0) for Ubuntu Focal, please?

As far as I can see, the dependencies of the 0.20.0-1 package in jammy cannot be met by the packages available in focal.
So it seems that the 0.20.0 version cannot be easily backported to focal.
And that version seems also not to be available in any PPA.

I suggest that you try compiling that version from source yourself. See https://gnomepomodoro.org and https://github.com/gnome-pomodoro/gnome-pomodoro

I was hoping that a bunch of bugs has been fixed in the latest releases. But ok, I see your point now. Thanks.
