I did some research on the site "Ask Ubuntu" and been able to solve the problem, I think definitely. I rewrote the command:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor splash"
as follows:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quite splash acpi_osi="
