I can confirm, I am suffering the same issue. Opening Nautilus all ways possible results in an undecorated windows, without appropriate icons to denote file/folder type. Icons are actually just blank, white squares, with text underneath. Please let me know if I can attach anything which may be of use to help resolve this.
