"Boot up manager" in Ubuntu Jaunty ?

You have to go: System > preferences > applications at startup.

And add yours programs.

i know it but when i use that program, it modify some configuration files.
My ask is, if i want to modify that configuration file manually (using CLI), what is/are the name of that configuration file?
