Have you tested your RAM using Memtest86 from GRUB. It's a good place to start

Thank you. I will check the ram with memtest86 starting from the GRUB menu.

Hello,
The memtest86 do 25 passes and was turning during 22 hours: no faults found.
The same error is coming again many times. I upgrade Ubuntu: always the same problem.
 What can I do?
Best regards.

Can you help with this problem?
