fast screen lock after updating to "lynx" -- don't want

Asked by Tom Spears

Since updating to the current supported version, my system locks the screen after only a couple of minutes and requires a password to get back up and running. I had no such policy in place prior to the upgrade and do not want it now. The documentation I found for how to extend the time or suspend operation of the lock screen does not match the options on my pull-down menu.

My machine is "safe" by physical security means and requires no software assist. Thanks for your assist.

Hi try to do this:
1. Press ALT + F2
2. Run screensaver
3. Set the time for run the screenserver at what you want.

Can you help with this problem?
