How do I change the log off time when my computer is inactive? It logs me out if I've not used it after 1 minute.

you can change the time it takes to logoff under system>preferences>power management. you can also access this via the icon on the top bar on the screen and clicking on the battery/power indicator if you have it enabled.

Its under screensaver settings and/or power options. Have a sniff around in there
