dial up on ubuntu 9.10

i read the info on how to do this and what i need to download to get the internet but when i try with gnome ppp i get an error message Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: wvdial how do i fix this problem or what is the easiest way to get dial up on 9.10

From http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/gnome-ppp download all packages marked with red ball and then go to the bottom of the page andselect your architecture and download gnome-ppp.If wvdial is only dependency you are missing download just that one.Lat say that you purt all dependencies and gnome-ppp in one folder.Put that folder in your home directory and then go inside that folder with terminal (for example folder name is diu)

cd diu

sudo dpkg -i *deb

That will install all dependencies and gnome-ppp.

that is very help full ZVACET im able to install it but when i try to conncet with it noting hepens it gives me no dial tone error
