Deleted a panel and now when minimizing apps they go to outer space and cannot find them

I deleted one of the two panels that open when Ubuntu was first installed and now when I minimize an application the image goes to the bottom of the screen and I can not unminimize to get the program running again. So have been x ing out the program instead. Please help me with the steps needed to get it working again.

PS I have Ubuntu installed on 2 PC's

Dears

   I already install ubuntu server ,Now I need to re install the windows but I can 't see the hard disk with ubuntu format ,So how I can remove it .

1) Create a new panel with right click on the panel -> new panel.
2) Add to panel "Window list" or "task list" or similar.... that's all :)

Thank you for the suggestion, I modified it a little bit and right clicked on the existing panel and did what you said and it worked great.
