automatic log in

i'd like to ask, how to make atuomatic log in?
my computer have been installed Windows Xp and Ubuntu, but i can't to play my MP3 file that saved in Windows with ubuntu music player ??why?? (sorry if my english is not good enough)/

Thanks for your question.

To configure your system for automatic log in, goto System > Admin > Login Window.. goto the Security tab and check the Enable Automatic Login window option and select the user that you want to auto login.
