I moved the Power Bar from Top to Side How do i move it back up

Where it Says Application,Places,Date,Power which is usually at the top is to the Right of my screen. I moved it accidently and cant get it back the way it was

Please Help!

Please click on the menubar you want moving and drag it up to the top

My Toolbar Menu is usually along here on the top of this screen and is going down here sideways It's
hard to Explain!

Have you tried selecting the lock from panel. and that will remove only the icon that you desire to remove. if successfully replace, lack it back. here is how, place the mouse, do left click and selec unlock from panel and you are free to move.

right click an empty spot on the panel, select properties. set the orientation dropdown to top. or

another way

press alt+f2
type "gconf-editor" press enter
under app then panel, then toplevels, then click top_panel_screen0
find orientation and change it from right to top.
then just close gconf-editor
